Meghalaya Shiksha Samiti organized a two-day workshop on the Panchpadi Teaching Method at Kiang Nangbah School, Mukhla on 1st and 2nd August 2025.
Acharyas from Mukhla, Narwan, and Shongpung schools actively participated in the training sessions. The workshop was led by Shri Dharmdev Brahmachari, Regional Training Head, and Vikash Sharma, Regional Prachar Pramukh, who served as the resource persons.
Participants were introduced to the five stages of the Panchpadi Learning Method – Adhiti (Introduction), Bodh (Understanding), Abhyas (Practice), Prayog (Application), and Prasar (Dissemination) – focusing on Lesson Plan, activity-based teaching, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance the teaching-learning process.
